This is the place where you will find tennis courts, swimming, Badminton, Basket ball, volleyball areas. If you want to visit with the hope of meeting new people with the same sport/game interest, Saturdays will be the best time to visit. But if you wish to visit with the intention of training especially if you play tennis or basketball, the best time to visit is weekdays because you will have much fewer persons around and free courts to train.

Very nice! There are several courts here, including basketball and lawn tennis courts. Entry is completely free and unrestricted. I met coaches and other players here. I highly recommend this sports complex but it may be crowded in the evening and on weekends.
